I'm really appreciating your perspective. I'm trying to learn as much as I can beforehand.

@GMATUGS - I'm actually feeling pretty good. I still get a little weak during the day sometimes and have to be careful because it is so hot here, but otherwise I'm doing pretty good! Thanks for asking! :D
@YESICANLOSE20 - People who travel out of country tend to have a primary doctor for after care. As far as emergency situations, some people choose to fly back to the country where they had the surgery if they are close enough, but most visit a local ER. Mexico prices tend to be much cheaper than the United States. HOWEVER - not all facilities are created the same. DO YOUR RESEARCH! There are good and bad doctors much like in the United States. There are various places in Mexico that do offer plastic surgery as well as bariatric surgery, as I am not in the plastics stage in my life, I do not feel comfortable recommending any. Again, I HIGHLY STRESS, in the end it does NOT come down to money, it comes down to SAFETY and HEALTH. Please be sure to DO YOUR RESEARCH. Good luck on your journey! :D

Glad you are doing so well. I have a question. If there are problems, do you have a doctor where you live who will address it or will they say see your surgeon and you will have to fly back to Mexico? How much did you save on the surgery having it in Mexico and do thy do tummy tucks?
Curious minds want to know. Thanks.

How are you feeling? It took at least 2 weeks before I felt well enough to actually get around and do stuff. 4 weeks before I felt like myself again.
