Here i am up when my husbands alarm goes off so i can get my workout in before my 3 year old wakes up. I worked out good on the bike yesterday too and then followed that up with 2 pieces of pizza for dinnerand 2 garlic knots drenched in some kind of fat. We got home after grocery shopping and my husband wanted rum and coke and so did i so we had a few. Before i worked out this morning i seriously considered not working out... I am like its friday..., then i started thinking hello its friday..,. We are going to a balloon festival later and i am sure i will eat something un unhealthy.., plus i will want a rum and coke again,.. So i am on the bike... If i didn't work out i would probably gain... So i just have to keep pushing and working out and enjoying my summer... Its going fast and i will be back to work before i know it... This is like a vacation and if i can at least maintain and not gain, i will be o.k., i will lose again when i get back in that rhythm...

    Just keep doing your best. Definitely get that workout in the morning, that's the best time to do it in my opinion. Then you don't have it weighing on your mind all day! You are making progress to get yourself back on track. Sometimes you have to ease yourself back in. Keep it up :)

    It's always a good idea to try getting a workout in before the kids wake up - I do the same! I love rum and coke, but I've started using Diet Coke so that I don't feel so guilty afterwards.
