why I made a habit of working out in the morning.
Today I had a 9 am meeting so I decided to bring my gym stuff with me -- that way I could go directly there afterwards. It worked! Not only did I have a great workout, but I came home, showered and went right into my study to work -- and worked 6 hours! I haven't had that kind of focus in quite a while.
If this isn't a great reminder of the effect that morning workouts have on me, I don't know what is!
