I would really like to start blogging more. I find myself wanting to talk to someone or i have stuff to share so i am hoping to start to do this more. With that being said, here goes. I am on a plateau kind of but it is my fault. I know what i need to do, and just need to do it. Exercise is not the problem, i do 6-7 days a week sometines twice a day. The problem is mind struggle...i exercised today so now i can eat frozen yogurt or that other snack or extra portion at dinner etc... So i am just staying at my weight.. Its been about a month... I can blame the fact that i don't work during the summer but i have been making sure to stay busy and not sit... I also have been eating alot of ice cream due to summer(even though i get frozen yogurt or italian ice) . Also i have been indulging in more alcoholic beverages etc etc... The thing is i can blame it all but it is really what i put in my mouth... At least i haven't gained...hoping to really crack the whip and start to go back down... I need to look at how far i have come... Now as i write this my 3 year old just ran out to me and said can we please make chocolate chip cookies? I will get the flour... How can i say no? I just will not eat any... Sugar cookies are my favorite anyhow 😉

Keep moving forward. Half the battle sometimes is simply knowing what you need to do and making the decision to do it. It is hard to say no to the little ones (or me to my mom, she always wants me to make something but has backed off quite a bit in the past year lol). Remember, you can do it!
