Stick To It...This week's plan

Over the years I've had many goals and aspirations for my health...they've failed over time. It's about time I put my foot down. I'm not asking for much with this plan, just some simple consistency! I'm going to do this for this week.
1. Exercise for 10 minutes each day, minimum 60 min a week.
2. Get 7 hours of sleep nightly.
3. Drink 8 cups water daily.
4. Eat 5 Freggies a day.
5. Do Strength Training Mon/Wed/Fri for 5 min a session.
6. Plan 2-3 healthy snacks each day.
7. Curb snacks at night.
