Almost a year...

...since the last time I updated here. Last Monday, I saw a number on the scale that alarmed me. Four pounds above my "red alert!" number. I have been doing a ton of strength training, so hopefully there's some muscle weight there, but still. Not drinking for a week and working out a little extra got it back down by 5lbs, so I'm guessing that was not muscle -- haha.
