Fastest 5k program week 3

I am starting week 3 today! Sometimes I get discouraged on my journey of healthier habits but remind myself that I can stick with a few things if I put my mind to it. This is my third time repeating this program. I am one of those people that need a voice telling me what to do in my workouts and these podcasts are like having a personal trainer. The cues always seem to come at the moment when I need to tell that voice inside my head to be quiet.
I noticed that I was feeling a bit sore and my muscles were feeling a bit sore after some of the workouts. But I was not sleeping well and had been working outside in the garden (I might have been a bit dehydrated); but yesterday I slept in an extra 3 hours and boy, did that feel refreshing.
Funny how I did not really notice how sleep deprived I was until I got an extra 3 hours.
Race day is in 2 weeks and I will be running with (or rather behind) my granddaughter, who as we ran the other day realized that she has an opportunity to beat her best time 28:45. I have no plans on running that fast, I am aiming for the 32 minute finishing time
