Summer 5% Challenge Weigh In Pic Week 4

Happy Saturday! Not sure how I got here (ok, I have a clue) but all I can say is our bodies are amazing. Weighed in on Wednesday and was up and even though I figured it was water and what I ate Monday and esp. Tuesday I just started reapplying eating less with IF and stepping up the exercise a little, with mostly walking. Consistency pays the bills.
This week, as we make our way virtually to Edmonton, going to keep up with the water, eat more veggies and track more of what I eat.
