I have been struggling with my eating habits and have felt stuck weight wise for the last several months. I have become addicted to exercise and have had no problem getting that in. I do great with my eating during the day but once I get home all I wanted to do was eat. A couple of times I had eaten to the point of my stomach hurting. We went on vacation last week and I did really well on my meals. I went over calories a few times but it was a couple of hundred maybe 2 days. I didn't have the temptation of munching at night when we were in the hotel. Some of it was our eating times were off since we didn't have to get up at the crack of dawn. I think that week really helped me. I'm back on track this week and am happy to say that I've lost a couple of pounds. I have a little less than 40 lbs to go in my journey and really want to reach it by my birthday in late November. I will get there!

    You can do this! For me if it's in the house I will over eat. I have to watch what I bring into the house, if I want ice cream we go out for it, but popsicles are ok in the house, if it's chips I crave I will get a small bag with a sandwich, but keep popcorn in the house, etc. Hang in there !!
