My Pants are Getting Tight!

I have gained back 15 lbs!! SOOOO, on Monday, I restarted myself. I've been working out every morning and trying to do some family exercise in the evening. I've kept my calories to about 700 a day, but I'm not starving myself. I only eat when I'm hungry and I've been eating lots of low calorie veggies. I just really hope I can stay with it this time. I stopped myself before I bought size 14 pants. I need to get comfortable in my 12s though before school starts or I'll be wearing summer dresses and sweaters!!
