Doing it all over again

Wednesday, July 22, 2015

In november of 2011 I had a back injury at work, over the last 4 years I have had 2 back surgeries the last a fussion at the L5-S1 in April of 2014. After surgery I had to start walking slowly everyday, no bending, twisting or lifting for 6 weeks, months of physical therapy for months, water aerobics for months. I finally am able to exercise without massive pain. It has been a struggle, but now I am walking over 2 miles a day and doing my elliptical machine for 40 minutes a day. I have so far lost
8lbs and am so excited to get rid of the weight I put on over the last 4 years and get back to being healthy and comfortable in my own body.
