Started new routine

Hey there! Very excited to start my new workout/lifestyle routine. I just recently got back from Jamaica and realized I wasn't in the shape I know I should be. So I enlisted a trainer and I started today!
My workout on day one consisted of walking, jumping jacks and crunches. I suspect it will get more intense. I enrolled a trainer to send me workouts everyday. I think this will be very motivational for me.
