I admit that after 20 years of being diabetic, I have gotten sloppy on my eating. Today I saw my doctor and she wants me to carb count. My carb counting has consisted of trying to avoid them most of the day. She gave me some updated information and I am going to go back to the basics - weighing, measuring, and tracking. I will use the food tracker on Spark and then before I see her again in January, print off random days to show her what I am doing. I hope this jump starts my weight loss journey again. I will follow the plan the best I can, knowing that there will be days that just don't work. emoticon
