Current, Past, and Upcoming Challenges

I have been apart of Sparkpeople for a while now. I have completed the 10 minute exercise a day for four weeks challenge, and have decided to stay in that group due to the words of encouragement from fellow members. It has really helped me to stay motivated to keep exercising.
Currently I am doing the 5% challenge. Go Starfish! I am in week three of that group, and it has motivated me to just keep going. I have also been challenging myself to eat healthier, more fruits and vegetables less junk food, so far just not buying a ton of junk food is helping a lot.
These coming weeks I wish to do 20 mins of exercise per day as well as continue to eat junk food in moderation. I have lost 2.2 pounds so far, and I'm feeling pretty good about that.
