Summer 5% Challenge Weigh In Pic Week 3

Hi all. Been keeping up with the IF most days of the week but now I'm trying to incorporate more weight bearing exercises. GF recently gave me some workout DVDs (hint, hint:) so I'm going to start incorporating those. Still working on the food but I feel it has gotten better. Now just need to post most if not all of it.
Let's stay strong Starfish and all Summer Challengers! A lot can happen in 5 weeks.
