I am doing a "bowel prep" for an exam on Wednesday. Watch what I eat today, clear liquid diet on Monday and Tuesday and then nothing to eat Wednesday morning.
Since I have to do it anyway, it sure looks like a good time to get serious about weight loss. My knees and ankles tell me that would be a good thing.
The purge should give me a clean slate, craving wise, and that should make it easier to not go back to my old saboteurs.
My husband wants to fix a special dinner for me Wednesday, but I told him he could offer me sawdust at that point and I would eat it. Right now I am feeling virtuous, and I haven't even done anything yet.
