This hike was in the beautiful Oak trees.
So beautiful. But I am enjoying them more each time because of all the beautiful wildflowers that I am seeing.
These are my favorite, have always loved blue flowers.
Not sure how the butterfly bush got here!!
Most of this trail was very dry.
A few spots were green, first time I ran into poison ivy, or oak. Glad we did not have Riley.
Than we went up to the mountains, but did not get to have a real hike because of the smoke.
Got more pictures of the wildflowers anyway.
Big Bear lake. Water level very low.
Many more flowers but my battery died.
I really enjoy those flowers. I figure until I can buy a new home and start gardening again. Those trails can be my yard and the wildflowers will be my gardens.
Hope you enjoyed my blog everybody, so happy my spark buddies encouraged me to get out a hike again, ever so thankful that I can still do it.
Hope everyone is doing well, let's all blossom together and make the world beautiful.
Riley is ok. Did not bring him this time, because we were not sure of the trails, and he gets sick on long winding car rides. We will find a closer trail next time. Riley is having fun, making lots of friends at the dog park. Riley and his friend Charlie
