Week 1 - Decided to get back to intermittent fasting and once again it works.
Week 2 - The 4th and several days after I went back to mostly old patterns of eating: too much and too often. Got back to watching cals and IF on Wednesday and it helped turns things back in the right direction or I'm sure this week would've shown a gain.
