ALSO WHEN I CHEAT ON SOMETHING THAT IS NOT GOOD FOR ME I SEEM TO GIVE MYSELF PERMISSION TO BE BAD ALL DAY...BAD MOVE...ANOTHER CASE OF SELF SABATAGE...WILL HAVE TO WORK ON THE BAD HABITS I HAVE PERFECTED OVER THE YEARS AND ERASE THEM

WELL BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARDS.
