Had another blog started but somehow lost it. emoticon

Taking steps to fully be back on track by July 27th!
Why that date? We will be on vacation July 17-25 on a fishing trip in Canada.

We have an outline for meals, desserts and cocktails to have on hand. I plan on relaxing on the boat, reading, crocheting, taking naps and having lots of down time for my brain to rest. My husband, mom, step-dad, brother-in-law and his friend will be on the trip also. My mom and I like to cook so the guys have it easy. I'll post pics after the trip.

Right now my goal is to get my 8 glasses of water a day.

I purchased a new weekly planner for a fresh start to log my food & exercise. I plan my meals this way then log them into SP on sunday for the next week to make sure I'm in my calorie range.

I'm going to follow the South Beach Diet/Healthy Eating Plan. I have followed it before and really like it. I need to go cold turkey on the carb & sugar intake. The first two weeks are really hard but are worth it.
This morning I told my husband no more ice cream in the house after vacation. He was teasing me and said how he could still have it. I said no as I will not leave it alone. emoticon

Time for me to get ready for work.
