The devil's name is dullness! - Gen. Robert E. Lee

Wednesday, July 08, 2015

Think about your journey or your many different journeys to healthy living and you will appreciate the truth in this quotation. We get bored with eating healthy and want sexy stuff like grease, salt, and chocolate. What do pseudo-sophisticates call it-umami? We get bored with our exercise routines and quit. The person who finds the cure for boredom will control the world.

I have a quote from Dorothy Parker on my page that says "The cure for boredom is curiosity. There is no cure for curiosity." Unfortunately I haven't been able to translate that directly into eating healthy and exercising consistently!

Hey... Look this is just one thing wrong.. I am one that won't give up... and the second you realize that you have to make the changes of your workout.. you got the idea.. cause people hit a Plato and don't budge.. Your body gets use to doing the little things you like everyday.. but you got to shake up the routine and make the changes that will help you.. I have a ton of ideas and so does Sparks but sometimes what fits me will not fit you.. but you take a idea and tweak it and make it fit.. like if you can't seem to find time.. If you do a ten minute workout or less and do it three times or four a day.. you have completed a full workout.. and then just add and shake it up.. dance with the Vacuum like no one is watching and put a spring in your step.. and enjoy what everyone knows that you don't ask questions.. I am here.. need ideas.. Just Ask.. In His Love and Grace Just Me Now what road are you going to take..? emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
