Getting back on track. July 6

Monday, July 06, 2015

My Monday: Ya, I'm the lady driving the big truck with a goat in my back seat! Jack is fine! Yay. He was a bit anemic, and had worms. I have been deworming him, but the doc wants me to use a different type that is a daily dose for 5 days, plus another med that is supposed to help him with his weight and anemia. Back to the vets Monday for a recheck.

As for me, I had big plans for the gym and water aerobics this morning, but since they sent the goat back home with me, that didn't happen.

Instead, I worked on the guest room. Getting it emptied out and ready for a mini remodel. Bye bye vinyl tile!

After that, a 10+mile bike ride. I finished in 60 minutes. A record for me. Yay! Then Keshas Sally Challenge. It's tough. I'll be doing this one for a while. I had to stop the plank challenge because of my bike wreck. My elbow is still a mess and hurts to put weight on it. The cuts are healing well, but the bone is sore. I hope it's not chipped! I think it's just got a deep bruise.

I'm hoping that Tuesday is as successful as Monday!
Have a Great Week!

    What's a Sally Challenge?

Gosh, your functional fitness still blows me away. I'll bet that was a site to see with you driving around with a goat in your back seat! Wishing Jack a speedy recovery!

I hope your bruises feel better soon. Nothing worse than a sore elbow. Bet you never realized how much you use it, did ya?
