JUST STARTED TRACKING THE FOOD I EAT EACH DAY.

CANNOT BELIEVE HOW REALITY AND MY MIND ARE NOT IN CONNECTION WHEN IT COMES TO MY DIET.

REALLY HELPING ME GET BACK INTO AN AWARENESS THAT HAS BEEN MISSING LATELY.

THE CHANGES ARE NOT COMING QUICKLY BUT WILL EVENTUALLY. MORE THAN THE PORTIONS SEEING HOW MY RATIO OF FAT IS HIGHER THAN OTHER THINGS HAS REALLY CAUSED ME TO OPEN MY EYES WIDE TO WHAT I DO WITHOUT REALIZING IT.

WORKING ON MAKING THE CHANGES SLOWLY AND SURELY.

    My challenge with logging is that I do it after I've eaten the food. I am practising weighing and measuring. After I get that consistently I want to add logging in advance. By that I mean, when I want to eat unplanned meals/foods I log it 1st to see how it will affect my calorie/nutrition goals for the day.
