I Was a Snob

So, liking things on my friend's feed entries, I would like all of their exercise and fun things. I would like their monthy fitness minutes notifications.
However, I would NOT like the SparkPoints notifications and milestones.

Why? Well, it's not like we do anything to get them.

Well, I realized how wrong I was! The notification of SparkPoints milestones is SO important!

It shows the commitment to log all of you exercise. It shows the commitment to logging your food and drink. We read articles. We take quizzes on health and fitness. We add recipes.

I was wrong.

Collect those Sparkpoints! They are a record of our daily struggle to win this battle and change our lives for the better!

    Over all I agree with you but I still consider fitness minutes more important than sparkpoints.
