Goal Weight Range Identified!

I had my bone density and body composition assessed today. They calculate what is my lean weight versus what is fat weight. Assuming my lean weight stays constant, I now have a goal weight range. The high-end of my normal range is 34% fat with the low-end being 22% based on my age of 51. That means my goal range is 125 to 148. I am 13 pounds away from being in goal range. Woo hoo!
