Up 10 pounds - It happens

I am up 10 pounds and instead of being mad at myself, I am recognizing the problem and taking care of it. What am I doing?
I am going back to basics.
1. Measuring my food to ensure accurate portions.
2. Tracking every single morsel of food I put in my mouth so I know exactly how many calories I am eating.
3. Drinking 64 oz of water and tracking to make sure I get all my water in.
4. Exercising for a minimum of 30 minutes a day.
This journey is not easy, but it is worth it. I have learned so much about myself over the last year and what I need to do keep myself healthy.
