WBBC Days 2-4

So, playing a little catch up since I have been to tired to log on before going to bed! Today is day 4 of WBBC and the second workout with the group. I really enjoyed tonight's workout, sweated a ton, and worked with other people that are motivated to make big changes. Not very sore now but will probably be tomorrow. The more that I do with this group the more I like it. While the nutrition part of the program seems radical at first I think I am going to be able to make the transition to it and hopefully keep it up. It is also all about moderation and that is what the troop leaders are teaching us. If you slip up, own it and don't feel guilty and get right back on track. They are only recommending 3 workouts a week, two of which we do with them. One day of rest and three days where we do a stress free workout like walking around the block or at a park, etc. Since we are stressing our bodies on those three days, we need to do something relaxing on the other active days. Very doable and hopefully the kick start I need.

Nutrition is coming along slowly but surely. I have made out a grocery list but not sure when we are going to the store because we are spending the 4th with my parents and sister. I would like to start batch cooking on Sundays possibly for the week. Especially when I work late I don't feel like coming home and cooking and cleaning up the kitchen. Lazy I know but it is what it is.
