As a note to myself:
Today I updated my ticker for 3rd July, 2015 to have the starting weight 74kgs - 59kgs. I want to get to my goal by December. If I get there earlier, that would be amazing, but I don't want to do anything drastic either. (When I typed it in, SP said I could get to my goal weight by October!!!! October!! That's 3 months to drop that much, and I don't know if I can but I do want to try. I need patience and better meal planning for that though, lol)
I think I have seen the 89 and 14kgs loss for long enough. I know I have gotten this far, but I can't rest on those successes, I really need to push to get to where I need to be! This is only one of the ways to do it.
Can't wait to watch that ticker go down!!
