June 30- July Goals

With so much going on in the next couple of months, I want to set down a plan of attack so that I don't get overwhelmed with everything!
I will use this week to spend as much time with my husband as I can before I'm down to seeing him only on the weekends. As of next Monday (July 6), I will be on my own during the week, so I will have no one else's schedule to work around Mon-Thurs.
1- I will get going a little earlier in the morning and arrive at work 15-30 minutes early to get a jump start on my day.
2- I will go to the gym after work Mon-Thurs and put in 30-60 minutes of exercise, what kind will vary depending on how I feel each day. It can be cardio, strength training, fitness classes or solo, so long as I am exercising for at least 30 minutes.
3- I will list out what needs to be accomplished at home to prepare for the move, and work on that list a little bit each evening after I get home. I want to declutter and get rid of anything that we don't need to take with us. Just because we'll have more space doesn't mean it needs to be filled with junk!
4- I will eat reasonable meals and not just snack because I don't have anyone else to worry about feeding. My health is just as important, and I treat myself as well as I would any other member of my family!
5- I will take at least an hour out of each evening to relax and just enjoy myself. I deserve it!
6- The weekends will be reserved for time with my husband and kids.
