Week 8: 6/19 to 6/25, 2015

Weigh In Wednesday: 163.8lbs (+0.8)

Nutrition: I did not track my meals well this week, neither did I follow the meal plan correctly. I had programs in church and so my routine was seriously affected.

Fitness: 296 Fitness Minutes

Calories burned through workouts: 1346 cals

NSV: My only NSV this week is the fact that despite TOM, I added just 0.8lbs - 1lbs. I am getting there

Challenges: The major challenge this week was health matters (TTC). It was a bittersweet news because, in one news I was happy despite the fact it was not a too good result. I believe in God and I believe miracles still come the way of those He loves and care for. I am truly hoping for a better news on soon and I know God will do it and surprise me and my entire family.

Batgirl is still fighting everything unhealthy. emoticon
