To help me be more accountable, I am planning on blogging everyday on what I am eating and what exercise I am doing. I have my fit bit on, I am going into work later this morning, so plan on taking a walk and then having a swim before heading into work. Last night I stopped at the store and bought some healthier options for lunches emoticon I will blog during the day of my progress..........
