June 22

Monday, June 22, 2015

It was a good weekend, even though Friday night was freaking COLD! 40 degrees in late June is ridiculous! It was a nice, relaxing time at camp. None of the kids in the family were there, and only a small crew of the usual family members. I got some exercise in on Friday by running around doing all the packing and prep stuff for camp, then lots of time walking and playing with my 4-legged "nephew" at camp. My brother's lab is about 10 months old and absolutely tireless. He'll play in the water all day long! My arms got a workout throwing the tennis ball over and over for him!
We had to come home Saturday night because my husband had military responsibilities on Sunday morning, luckily it was a brief assignment and then he could be home and relax for father's day. I spent most of the day running up and down stairs doing laundry. Our bedroom is on the 2nd floor and the laundry area is in the basement, so I definitely got some work in!
My goal for this week is to hit the gym every day Mon-Thurs and to eat reasonably.
If things go according to plan, we should have the girls this weekend, and we still haven't celebrated GD's birthday yet, so we'll do that this weekend as long as no one throws a monkey wrench in the plan again.

Have a great day Spark friends!

Love that you've got things planned out for the most part! And great job over the weekend!!! You made it work for what you were doing! Look at all the cool things you've been up to! Think about where you were...and where you're going! Great job!
