5% Summer Challenge - 10 Reasons I want to lose weight

I WILL lose 5% of my body weight!!!

1. Have more energy/feel better
2. Be able to pick my self up off the floor without holding on to something.
3. Purchase regular sized clothes
4. I can eventually Jog for a mile.
5. Eat Healthier.
6. Not get winded when going up a flight of stairs.
7. Not worry about getting Diabetes.
8. Have more self esteem.
9. Wear a bathing suit.
10. Run with my Dogs AKA Furbabies.

    Thank you all for your welcomes and positive comments. Since joining this 5% challenge I have increased my time on SparkPeople and finding that I can put some of my thoughts out there, without feeling apprehensive. I've never been one to share my feelings and thoughts online, so this is new to me, but I'm glad that the 5% challenge is pushing me to write down my goals and thoughts. It is helping me immensely. Since posting the items required by the challenge, I have been introduced to some VERY nice people. emoticon

It is not going to be easy, but it is attainable. Make small goals and they will lead to big successes. You have to make you #1 and tell yourself that you are worth it.
