I WILL eat more healthy and stay within my Calorie Range.

Use the Dinner Plan to plan my meals instead of flying by the seat of my pants.

    @ Lillian455 I'm not following a named diet plan, but I have tried Weight Watchers in the past and know that I need to exercise and eat smaller portions. So I'm trying to look at loosing weight as an adventure and not calling it a diet. Knowing myself like I do, staying away from the word diet and so called forbidden foods, will help me personally. I'm working on moving more(I do have a habit of sitting to much), and cutting serving sizes of the food I regularly eat and adding healthier choices. I have the honor of being married (happily for 32 years) to a man that can eat all that he wants and not gain an oz. So I have to continue to cook for him like he likes and so I have to cut my portion size or cook two different meals (which I do sometimes). I'm working on setting up a plan to cook some meals for me that I can freeze and then re-heat with him, instead of eating what I cook for him. I'm loosing weight slowly (18lbs by weigh in this morning) 3 months since I signed up on SparkPeople. I will however research the Lisa Plog plan because I'm always up to learning new ideas and gathering new information to help me on my "weight loss adventure." Thanks for your inquiry and information.     I would be following your journey, I'm personally also trying to lose some weight. Not sure about the diet which you are following but personally I'm following the diet which was recommended by lisa plog. Can you please elaborate a bit more on your diet plan?

    You can google for her by searching for "lisa plog diet plans" and you would be able to find her page.

    The reason that I'm following the diet of lisa plog is because she had started social media weight loss journey earlier in the year and she has now lost a considerable amount of weight and that is why I am following her diet. I have seen encouraging results in just four weeks by losing over 8 pounds by following her diet.

    I'm hoping, you would be having the same success. It's nice to see others also losing some weight.
