Walk my Dogs at least 20 minutes twice a day, Morning and Evening

Start my Total Gym Exercise DVD Workout - Mon/Wed/Friday

Incline Treadmill 10 minutes at 10% incline - Tues/Thur/Sat

Garden, Yard Work, Super Clean my House as needed.

Hit my 6000 steps per day on my Activity Tracker.

    I know what you are talking about cleaning house, but I've decided to look at it as exercise minutes and I've also decided to pick a room for the 5% challenge each week to wash walls, etc. This way I'm burning calories and helping the team get their miles. Besides, I had to clean off the incline treadmill so I can get on it, LOL! I'm almost there, another day should do it.

    I like your goals. I would keep the garden and yard work, but hate cleaning the house! I sure wish there were fairies to do that while I slept!
