Did you know that 2015 has been hard on weight loss for me. I have had 13 losses and 12 gains during my weekly Wight ins. Net loss for this year of 4.2. I have lots of reasons for this but no excuses. I am beyond excuses at this point. I have not been doing my best and letting many other things take priority before me and my health. A lot of things need a bit of attention starting with putting myself at the top of my priorities. Progress not perfection I am on my way.
