I have been really focusing on charting my nutrition and fitness and I have been reaching my calorie burned on fitness but not my minutes; I am active so whats wrong? I have advanced RA but there is one good habit that I need to do but just haven't been and it is so important especially for me with my health problem. STRETCHING! Stretching does not burn hardly any calories but it is as important as doing the physical demanding stuff. Stretching is going to be as important to me as my water, nutition and exercise that comes before any other activity within spark points reach.
