10 Days and Mini-Goals

Feeling a bit proud of myself. I just hit a mini-goal. I have successfully achieved 10,000 or more steps for 10 days! emoticon I'm happy that I got the fitbit to help motivate me into moving more!

I also weighed myself this morning - post Colorado vacation - and I am still 189 lbs.
My other current mini-goal is to lose 5 lbs (get to 184) by July 4th. So... I haven't lost any pounds yet, but I haven't gained. So that is progress.

I'm glad I got moving today... it helped ease the muscles in my sore back. Whew.

And in other news... I have a coffee date tomorrow! Oh, man, I am so awkward in social activities. Send some positive thoughts my way, y'all, I'm afraid I'll spill coffee all over him or myself.

    Things are looking good!!! You are accomplishing your steps goal and you are maintaining your weight instead of gaining. Both are great accomplishments!!!
