I know that tracking my weight every day helps in my weight loss journey. I know that tracking everything I eat and drink helps in my weight loss journey. I do those without fail when I'm on my "plan" of getting healthier. Where I typically fail is pre-planning what I'm going to eat every day to make sure I'm not overstepping my boundaries.

So, my goal for this week is to pre-plan every day to have a deficit at the end of the night.

    Good for you!! It is important to do and when I was really on track my meals were all planned. My trainer planned it and had me eating the same thing every day which made it really easy for me but most people hate that. I guess I like the not having to think plan. Good luck with your planning and staying on track!
