I know that tracking my weight every day helps in my weight loss journey. I know that tracking everything I eat and drink helps in my weight loss journey. I do those without fail when I'm on my "plan" of getting healthier. Where I typically fail is pre-planning what I'm going to eat every day to make sure I'm not overstepping my boundaries.
So, my goal for this week is to pre-plan every day to have a deficit at the end of the night.
