Cannot believe it

I cannot believe that I am still riding a 200 day streak. This is the longest that I have stuck with sparkspeople. I am still getting up at 5:30 every morning. Even this morning when I was not feeling the greatest, I still got up and ran this morning. I have exercised for more than 90 minutes for at least 17 weeks. I am proud of myself for sticking with this lifestyle change for so long.

I am at 39 pounds lost so far. I am hoping that sometime in July that I will be at 250. I almost to a total of 50 pounds lost. My next goal will be 225. I am still hoping to be somewhere around 200 by Christmas. Next year I would love to be under 200. Will see if I can hold true to my goals.

I am moving along on the C25K program. I am at Week 7 Day 2. I have been repeating the days quite a few times. I can run 26 minutes non stop. I am so proud of myself. When I am not running, I am at the gym on the elliptical. I have also been doing Piyo in the evenings. I am looking forward to the time in which I will have defined muscles. I am hoping that the Piyo will help. I am finishing up a month challenge. When I am done with that, I will be going back to using fitness blender and doing their weight lifting.

I am can a pushup now. Granted it is on my knees. I am still excited about it. Who knows what I will be able to do at the end of the year!
