One Things - Day 77 - Back on track

Started my team walking challenge today. I intentionally walked 1.2 miles in just under 20 minutes. For the whole day, I walked 3.5 miles. Not a bad start, considering it was like walking in a sauna.
For the job, I spent the whole day in training. That takes care of the career thing for the day. I confess I missed the business one thing. I spent some time talking out some things with DW tonight, and that seemed a better use of the time. Lots to go through. All in all, it was a good day.
