as many of you know i love to dance always have always will regaurdless of what size i am.well after reading the above blog i decided to post an old zumba photo that i have never showed anyone before.hope i have no problems downloading.in it i am sitting on a stability ball which was the only way to do the class then i have slowly progress and now doing more than half the class normal and only a bit on the ball for the really fast and full impact ones.it is alot more than my specialist said i would ever be able to do because of my knee replacement.

that is zakariya on the left of me.here is another one taken several months later where i think you can see the weight i lost since the first one.

sorry have no reacent ones from zumba but when he takes some i promise to post.

so basically no matter what size, shape, age you are there is no excuses.

and here is a good one to have for yourself least you forget

well better post this blog quickly before i change my mind, lol.thanks as usual for your support i hope this blog will have inspired at least one of you.if it has it is worth the embarresment i feel for ever getting that big in the first place.press like if you like the blog just for the sake of it.

This was brave and I think a big part of your journey. It's hard to accept the parts of us we don't like. But really it is the part of our mind that turns to food that is what we don't like. We LIKE the part of us that is willing to get out there and dance or participate. That is the part you need to see when you look in these pictures. Our bodies did not ask us to overfeed them or to give them food that was not nutritious and healthy, It was the part of our mind that believed somehow it would help. But we know now that it does not help. What does help is the good food and exercise and THAT is who I see in these pictures.
