I'm going to have to be more pro-active in my goal accountability so I'm going to be posting a blog about my progress weekly here. For the last 3 days I've been pretty good in my food and freggies, I've also been getting in at least 10 min of cardio a day and curbing and planing healthy snacks...however my sleep and water are still lacking!
Fast Break/Daily/Weekly Goals
1. Get 7 hours of sleep.
2. Drink 8 cups water daily.
3. Eat 5 Freggies a day.
4. Exercise 10 min @day / 60 min@wk.
5. Do Strength Training Mon/Wed/Fri for 10 min a session.
6. Plan 2-3 healthy snacks each day.
7. Curb snacks at night.
