Reinstating, sorry for the delay!

Journey to health is absolutely the GOAL.

Been through a lot since April and I stalled out on my goals. I've been able to maintain, but only by the Grace of God. I've embraced some "old" bad habits and it's time to re-invent the wheel. It's Thursday today and I have a renewed sense of urgency.

1. Walk often and move frequently... on a daily basis! This will combat the couch potato syndrome.
2. Eat several small meals a day. This will eliminate the quick grab chips, etc.
3. Record weekly weigh-ins. Saturday will be the target day.

That 's enough to get my restart in motion! Will continue to mold this program and goals to maximize the health benefits. All helpful suggestions/advice welcomed...
