PAWSE -beginning week 4

Reflection on this past week:
-eating was very bad. This was because I did not plan ahead. I am working on making a change this week because I have already made my lunches for the week and dinner as well. I have three dinners left, so I need to start figuring out what to eat next. I make a recipe and it usually makes 4-6 servings and nobody else in my family will eat it so that it was I eat for a few days in a row. I have found a site and tried two recipes from there and I have liked both of them and they are relatively healthy and not processed at all, so I am going to go back there and see if I can find anything else to try.
Working out was hit or miss as well. So overall a rough week. This week I am trying to get my workouts done in the morning. That way I get it out of the way and don't have to be worrying about running kids around and still needing to workout.
Also went to the doctor for my yearly physical and found out I have gained 30 pounds since last year. YIKES!!! I knew I had put some weight on but had no idea it was that much. My cholesterol also went up 25 points. Another bad thing. I have until November to make a change in diet/exercise and that is when I will get my blood work done again. If it hasn't improved enough by then I will have to go on some sort of medicine, which I really don't want to do.
This week I have recommitted myself and I will have a better week both eating and working out.
