Ugh! This week is quickly going down hill for me. What I thought was just one day of feeling under the weather, has turned into my body feeling worse progressively. It's true, a body in motion stays in motion and a body at rest stays at rest.

I want to cry of frustration, but I don't have the strength! (insert lip quiver here) why oh why must we women have to suffer these consequences?

I've not lost the desire and need to workout, just the umph! Whatever my body is going through, it's decided to drag all the strength and stamina with it.

I think I need to research on vitamins and supplements? What if I should be pushing through and workout any way? Is my body testing my will power? Am I being weak? Will I stop freaking out? I think it's just the guilt and need to get up and do. This better be over soon!!

    Love the pic! Also, if you've been exercising a lot, your body may need a rest. Maybe try some short sessions or low-exertion exercise. The vitamin D suggestion is a really good one as well.

    I was just going to write what MOM4HOCKEY did. I was on very high prescription D for a couple years. A few months ago I just got off them. I was in GNC and was talking to them about my IBS. They put me on a vita pack. It really made me feel great. But silly me listen to my 'friends' over my body. Now I am trying to get myself back on them because I am feeling awful again! I feel bloated which is my IBS. I notice 2 nights ago my weight was the highest it has ever been. I have hardly ate I was about in tears. Yesterday I took the vita pack from GNC again and lost night I was down 2 pds! Which tell me I need whatever is in that vita pack. I still feel bloated.

    make sure to have your vitamin D levels checked! I was feeling tired and sluggish and no energy and found out I was completely depleted of vitamin D!
