Feeling a little disappointed and confused today. I spent 13 hrs yesterday at Disney World and being an annual passholder, I don't go on all the rides or wait in line more than 15 minutes. We also did not use the tram and walked to and from the gates/parking lot. We do mostly walking around, people watch and take in a couple shows indoors when we get too hot. Imagine my surprise when my Spark tracker logged me in for only 150 fitness minutes and only just over 11,000 steps. It showed onlly 1 active event all da6 for 11 min only and that was walking out. The steps even measured way less between walking in and out of the park and I know the gates and the car did not move! I do anywhere from 6000-8000 on a sit down job through the week walking during my 2 15 min breaks and then around the house cooking/doing laundry. It also showed only 4 miles at Disney and I log around 3-5 at home. I know I should feel good about knowing I was doing something but I'm also visual and like to see results. I'm not seeing it at the scale and have gone up 2 lbs but as I've been told, "muscle weighs more". I've also been eating less and feel like I'm getting no where. I'm going to stick with it, but it's frustrating!
