Still streaking...with my clothes on!! Worked out at Anytime Fitness 3 times this week. I met with a personal trainer. She is tough! I can do the strength training she gave me and I ride the recumbent bike more every time. emoticon

Trainer thinks I should go Paleo. Not sure I can. On limited dairy...butter and eggs only. Drinking almond milk. Still have a couple diet soda's a day. Started writing down my food intake. She would like me to use Anytime Fitness' tracker so she could watch what I eat. I might try it. It is also a computer one like SP. If I don't like it I don't have to continue using it!! The first step for me is starting to write it down again. I am on day 3.

Had a great time with my sister Paula last night. We got to hang out just the two of us. We had dinner. Went shopping at Walmart. And watched Elder L. Tom Perry's funeral on You tube. He passed away this past week and they had the funeral at the Salt Lake City Tabernacle with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir doing the songs. All the speakers were very good and spoke highly of Elder Perry. He was also a military veteran.

Hope all are having an awesome weekend. It is sunny and in the 70's here in Billings, Montana. I live in a brick 3 story building. I am on the 2nd floor on the west side. Yes...I have my air conditioner going. That sun really heats up my apartment in the afternoon. emoticon emoticon drinking lots of water so I don't get cramps. Megan, the trainer, said up to 100 ounces a day. Wow! I already drink a lot, but not that much.
