30 Day Healthy Habits Reset Challenge - Day 5

Ok so it has taken me two months to get to day 5 uggghhh. The perils of being a teacher in a state tested subject. By the time I work out in the morning, work all day, get home and prep for the next day, it is bedtime. emoticon

I am going to FINISH this challenge emoticon

I have told my husband (and now telling you) about my goal of working out an hour a day. I have met it most days. The days I haven't is when I have only had time to work out one time a day. Then I only get in 30 to 45 minutes, but I have only missed working out 2 days since January 1st and that was because I was so sick I could not get out of bed. Sticking to this is definitely helping me to get to my bigger goals (the half marathon and the century on my bike).
