I am so tired today, literally exhausted from my last two days. I don't regret them, but I had to make today my rest day. I think pushing myself to do that many more reps, as awesome as I did, turned my muscles into jello.
The other change I notice is my appetite. Why am I so hungry all of a sudden? My body is demanding all three meals and snacks. It's funny but then it's not. There are days I just don't want to eat breakfast, I'll pay the price if I don't, I feel week and my mood changes. I eat breakfast and then my body is like constantly hungry. It's a bit frustrating, as I'm still learning to balance the whole diet and eat right in order to work out right.
Still loving the changes. I hear my pillow yelling my name!
